Discuss how program leaders can use knowledge about these factors when they are facilitating programs (6 marks).    4.   Consider the following scenario that occurs within a program session that involves 10 participants:   Morgan: “I think that my idea has considerable merit and meets our needs.” Jordan: “That’s ridiculous, it will never work.” Morgan: “Get off my case! I don’t see you proposing any better solutions”.   Name and briefly describe two strategies that could be used to honour both Morgan and Jordan’s points of view and to resolve this impasse (6 marks).
