Compare and contrast data analytics tools and their practical application to modern business environment.ASSIGNMENT LAYOUT Executive Summary/ Abstract (150 – 250 words) An executive summary should include what you did, how you did it, what were your main findings and what are your key recommendations. An abstract is a short summary of your research paper, usually about a paragraph (150-250 words) long. An abstract lets readers get the gist or essence of your paper or article quickly, to decide whether to read the full paper and usually helps readers remember key points from your paper. Introduction (200 – 300 words) The introduction tells your reader what you are going to tell them in the body of your assignment. First paragraph gives the background to the assignment and why it is useful. Second paragraph should state the aim, purpose, or objective of the assignment. Third paragraph should mention any limitations. Discussion (1500 – 1750 words) This the body of the assignment carries all your discussion points, theories, research and opinions. Be sure to cite references that are being paraphrased using quotation marks and references. Present your arguments/ discussions in a logical order. Conclusion & Recommendations (150 – 200 words) The conclusion should be brief and concise, re-state your position/ argument/ opinion. Conclusion should be two to three paragraphs. As applicable or requested, you should include your recommendations last and these should be drawn and flow from the conclusions. References A listing of all relevant references, assembled in alphabetical order by author surname, should be provided. The reference list is not included in the word count. Appendices The appendices include appropriate, relevant supplementary materials – tables, charts, graphs, graphics. Appendices are not included in the word count
