The new system will support employee scheduling, payroll, benefits processing, and management reporting. The primary users of the system include employees, managers, and the payroll services’ vendor. Given the interest and importance of the new system, you have been asked to define and execute a communications management plan for use during the project that will keep all stakeholders informed about the project. Include a 2-page memo incorporating the following: Project name Brief project description, its purpose, and timetable Potential stakeholders who are directly or indirectly involved Description of communication needs by stakeholder category Identification of the information type, source, level of detail, and frequency of reporting by stakeholder category Note: In devising your solution to this assignment, you may need to make some assumptions.
